While we were here today at Cumberland Mountain we saw HGTV filming one of their shows.


Here's a few pictures of what we saw today along the Highway 127 Yardsale. Its different shopping here. Usually we go to antique markets where everything is old, here at the Highway 127 Yardsale they sale everything and I mean everything from fruit to socks to power tools. So we have to do alot of looking for what we buy. I was hoping to find other makers of handmades but haven't seen many as of yet. I did see Plum Nellie Primitives and she had a great booth. I love all her stuff. I want to thank her for all her advise on the sale. Today we had to drive a hour and a half from the sale to find a room so we are in Bowling Green, Ky. for the night. Lucky for us we left the sale at 5. Our room is nice and the laundry is right next store. Woo! Hoo! Tomorrow we are up early and heading back to Highway 127 at about Liberty, Ky. and heading up towards Ohio. It took us 4 1/2 hours to go 38 miles today. Its alot of stop and go and its just not that easy to park my big truck just anywhere. We are having fun and I'll show you all my goodies when I return to the shop. I'll also have more pictures to share.
